0,01 mg/kg/ dose (max 1 mg), = 0,1 ml/Kg/ dose (max 10 ml)
Préparer 1ml sol 1/1'000 + 9 ml NaCl 0.9%
a répéter q 3- 5 minutes
Choc anaphylactique:
IM:
< 6 ans: 0.15 mg/ dose (Epipen Jr)
> 6 ans: 0.3 mg/ dose (Epipen)
DR haute sévère (Faux- croup sévère, épiglottite)
INH:
0.5 ml/kg/ dose (max 5 ml/dose)
